- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A few of these residents that I have spoken with have good things to say about their care however, when it comes time to go smoke, the staff " or rather as one staff member said, the one responsible " is busy so they will just have to wait. There are a couple sitting around and talking but said it's not their place to take them out. I personally think the staff could do a little better with respecting the wishes of residence who some have but just the relaxing moment outside smoking a cigarette to look forward to. I waited with the residents that wanted to smoke 12 minutes past the time scheduled to go before I approached the staff and about this.June 02, 2017by Tony Barlow
